These sessions are designed to help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs, develop positive habits, and create a clear roadmap to achieve your goals.  It is not focusing on the past. There is a focus on the right now & near future. I help create a plan of action to achieve your desired outcomes by holding you accountable to that plan.
